(h) Application of Artificial Neural Networks in the Propagation of Orbits of Artificial Satellites.

Achievements:

Developed Orbit Determination, Orbit Propagation and Mission Analysis Software for the 1st Brazilian Satellite – SCD1, which was manufactured by INPE, Sao Jose dos Campos and successfully launched on 9th February 1993.

One of the Authors of a Chapter in the Book “Fundamentals of Space Technology”, Edited by Dr. Antonio F. B. de Almeida Prado and Helio K. Kuga, INPE, Brazil, 2001.
