Department undertakes a rigorous academic programme to ensure that

EXCELLENCE CELL :
Chaired
by Mr. D.Raghava & Co-chaired by Mr. P. Rama Krishna , the cell
undertakes the following activities in addition to the monitoring of
remaining three cells.

SBIT students have

University Exams among all JNTUH Colleges for 2009-10
In the first batch (2007-09) it self
the student Ms. T. Nagavalli has received Shashi Gupta’s Varshney
Endowment Gold Medal from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University,
Hyderabad by getting university I rank.

INSTITUTE – INDUSTRY INTERACTION CELL
:
Chaired
by Mr. V. Srikanth & Co-chaired by Ms. K.Sirisha, the Cell has
realized that there is a need for a continuous interaction with the
industry to make familiar to the latest happenings from practicing
managers. The Cell undertakes the following
activities.

of Industrial visits, Seminars and Guest
lectures.

Accommodating
Students in Industries for Summer
Projects.
Achievements:
The
Cell regularly organizing several short industrial visits to
Singareni Collieries and KTPS, Kothagudem, ITC-BPL, Bhadrachalam,
Vyshnavi Dairy Foods, Wyra.
3) STUDENT
ACTIVITY CELL:
Chaired
by Mr. U.Kanaka Rao and Co-chaired by Ms. D. Saraswathi. This Cell
ensures total development of the students with the conduct of
programmes for personality and communication skills. It specifically

PLACEMENT
CELL:
Chaired
by Mr. Manmohan Tiwari and Mr.V.Siva Rama Krishna ,the objective of
a Professional Course is not complete without the Placement. The
activities of the cell include preparing the students for the
challenges of the dynamic job market. The cell also concentrating on
preparing the students for the Company analysis report by the end of
the II semester. The activity includes:
