Frequency of the Meetings of the Managing Committee
The Managing Committee meetings are held regularly once in a month.
Meetings are also held depending on the exigency.
The Meetings of the Governing Body are held at least twice in a year.
The Academic Advisory Body meets twice in a Semester / year.
Organizational chart and processes
Nature and extent of involvement of Faculty and students in academic affairs/ improvements
The Faculty and students interact regularly for Class work, Tutorials, Practical laboratory sessions, seminar lectures, and group discussions. The faculty also are engaged in
counseling the students for their academic and related matters. In respect of students having back-logs in examinations, the counselors will help them for extra coaching and
remedial classes. The Heads of the Departments and the faculty will also help the students to prepare them to present papers in Symposia / Seminars conducted by other colleges.
Thus, there is an involvement of both faculty and students for interaction to develop and execute academic programs for improvement.
Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance
Each Department organizes regularly weekly meetings of the faculty to review the academic schedules Within the Department there will be regular discussions for augmenting
facilities for improvement.
The Principal has regular staff meetings once in a fortnight where all matters pertaining to academic, administrative, financial and discipline of the students are discussed.
The President of the Society will meet all the faculty members once in a month.
The President reviews academic matters with the Principal and Heads of the Departments periodically.
The norms as in the University for the purchases, recruitment, etc., are followed.
A number of committees are formed to oversee the implementation of various programmes. The faculty is involved in all the Committees. Principal holds regular review meetings of
these committees.
Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance
Regular feedback by students is obtained in regard to the individual Faculty performance, coverage of the syllabus of each course handled by the particular faculty.
The members of the management, Principal and the faculty also have regular meetings with the students. During these meetings they have an opportunity to get a feed-back about
general administration in the Institution, performance required facilities and assistance. These are recorded and discussed in the meetings of the Management Committee and
suitable action is taken immediately.
The academic improvements normally are invited from the faculty and the Heads of the Departments, Sports requirements are fulfilled as given by the Physical Director, additional
facilities are assessed and provided.
Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students
A Grievance Cell is formed to receive and look after the Grievances of staff & students. The Grievance redressal cell is appointed with the following members.

The Grievance cell will receive the Grevances if any, from the staff / students and forward it to the Principal whenever required, the Principal forwards the Grievances to the
Management for redressal.
