In the state of Andhra Pradesh, the Common Entrance Test for admission to BTech is known as EAMCET. It is conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher
Education (APSCHE)
|

The State Council entrusts the responsibility of conducting the EAMCET to one of the Universities in the State by rotation
|
|

The sanctioned intake for CSE & ECE are 120 and it is EEE, 60 each in other Branches. Out of which, 80% seats are being filled and allotted to the college by the Convener,
EAMCET as per merit and reservation policy. The leftover seats from the Convener Quota are permitted to be filled by the College under Spot Admissions. An advertisement is to be
released inviting applications to fill the vacancies under Spot Admissions. Among the applications received, the seats are filled as per merit and also taking into consideration of
the policy of reservation stipulated by the Government orders in force.

CRITERIA AND WEIGHTAGES FOR ADMISSION
- Describe each criteria with its respective weightages i.e. Admission Test, marks in qualifying examination etc.
As per the Government Orders and Admission Rules as issued by APSCHE & Commissioner of Technical Education.
1) 60% of Marks in Qualifying Examiantions in aggregate or in Groups 60%
2) In accordance with Merit among the candidates applived for admissions.
3) As per regulation of G. O. No. 43, Dt - 10/05/2006.
- Mention the minimum level of acceptance, if any
As per Govt. Orders issued from year to year
- Mention the cut-off levels of percentage & percentile scores of the candidates in the admission test for the last three years
