PAPER PRESENTATION
INSTRUCTIONS 1. Maximum
two authors are permitted for
presentation. 2. Participants
should send abstract containing not more
than 500 words as a word attachment to the concerned department mail id on
or before 23-02-2012. 3. The
selected participants will be informed on or before 25-02-2012. 4. The
selected participants must give conformation about their participation by
sending a mail to the concerned department on or before 28-02-2012. 5. For
each paper 10 minutes time is given for presentation 8 minutes for Presentation 2 minutes for Queries 6. Extra
time is not provided for presentation. 7. Participants
should be available at the venue 20 minutes in advance before the commencement
of the session. 8. Participants
should bring soft copy of the presentation on a CD. 9. The participants
should register their names at the registration desk provided at the venue
before 09:00 AM on the day of presentation and requested to collect their lunch
coupon. 10. Registration fee: Rs.
150/-(per Paper per student) 11. Working
lunch will be provided by the college for the registered participants on the
day of their presentation only. POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS 1.
Maximum two
authors are permitted for poster. 2. Participants
should send their posters/theme to the concerned department mail ID on or
before 23-02-2012. 3. The
selected participants will be informed on or before 25-02-2012. 4. The
selected participants must give conformation about their participation by
sending a mail to the concerned department on or before 28-02-2012. 5. Participants
are allotted space for their poster on the day of the event and they must make
poster ready by 09:30 AM. 6. Poster
size should not be more than 2’ X 4’. 7. The
participants must be available at their place until they are informed to leave. 8. The participants
should register their names at the registration desk provided at the venue
before 09:00 AM on the day of the event and requested to collect their lunch coupon. 9. Registration fee: Rs.150/-(per
poster per student) QUIZ INSTRUCTIONS 1. Maximum
three members are permitted for quiz team. 2. Participants
should send their team details such as name, roll no., college name, branch and
year to the concerned department mail ID on or before 23-02-2012. 3. The
selected participants will be informed on or before 25-02-2012. 4. The
selected participants must give conformation about their participation by
sending a mail to the concerned department on or before 28-02-2012. 5. The participants
should register their names at the registration desk provided at the venue
before 09:00 AM on the day of the event and requested to collect their lunch coupon. 6. Registration fee : Rs.300/-(per
team) 7. All
the registered teams must attend written exam on the day of event at 10AM. The
top teams will be selected for quiz. 8. The
quiz is conducted in various rounds which include general round, current
affairs, rapid fire, technical round, visual round and sports. |
